Key Responsibilities: 1. Risk Assessment & Monitoring o Identify, assess, and monitor strategic and operational risks across all university functions. o Develop and maintain Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to track emerging risks. o Conduct periodic risk reviews and scenario analyses to support decision-making. 2. Risk Reporting & Compliance o Ensure risk reporting aligns with Bot and UAE government compliance standards. o Prepare risk dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and regulatory bodies. o Support the implementation of internal controls to mitigate risk exposure. 3. Fraud Risk & Business Continuity o Assist in the Fraud Risk Assessment process and ensure compliance with antifraud policies. o Develop and update the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in alignment with NCEMA guidelines. o Conduct risk training and awareness programs for faculty and staff. 4. Risk Systems & AI-Driven Analytics o Support the implementation of a Risk Management IT System to automate risk tracking. o Utilize AI and predictive analytics for risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's in risk management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
