We are seeking an experienced

Risk Manager

to join our team in

Qatar

for a major infrastructure project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, with a focus on large-scale road and highway construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement risk management strategies and frameworks across all project phases Identify potential risks related to safety, schedule, cost, environment, and compliance Perform regular risk assessments, scenario planning, and impact analysis Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to monitor and control risks Prepare and maintain detailed risk registers and reports Ensure compliance with international risk management standards and best practices Provide training and guidance to internal teams on risk mitigation techniques

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Risk Management, or related field (Master's preferred) Minimum of

10 years of experience

in risk management for large-scale

road and highway infrastructure projects

International work experience outside the MENA region is required

Strong understanding of risk identification and mitigation in major construction projects Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ISO 31000, PMI-RMP, etc.) Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills Professional certifications such as PMI-RMP, IRM, or equivalent are an advantage

Preferred Candidate:

Currently available or willing to relocate to Qatar Experience working with international consultants, contractors, or government clients Demonstrated success in managing risk on multi-national infrastructure projects
