Our client is looking for a Risk Manager to coordinate and execute risk and governance by developing, measuring, enhancing, and effectively implementing enterprise-wide risk management policy and frameworks.
Main tasks and responsibilities
Support the delivery of global security governance and compliance strategies
Monitor mitigation action plans, risk tolerance levels, and KRIs and report to upper management and Audit for onward reporting
Manage and maintain a security compliance framework across global entities that can align to the company\'s compliance and Internal audits requirements
Assist management with integrating Risk Management with strategy development and implementation process by identifying and prioritizing strategic / project risks, validating key decision-making assumptions/methodologies and compliance
Facilitate security risk management within the business units
Performing risk assessments: Analysing & identifying current and potential risks that affect the Group
Establish and maintain information risk metrics to highlight information assets that have the highest risk exposure
Building risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the Group
Conduct regular reviews of remediation actions and report to business and technology senior management.
Establish an operational risk registry as part of the ERM Framework and monitor operational risks
Technical Requirements
Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Excellent English communication and composition skills (written and verbal)
Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
Understanding of Information Risk, security control, data privacy related regulations within the financial services and banking industry
