Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Risk Management Coordinator to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of risk management principles and methodologies, extensive project management experience, and a proven track record of success in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across complex projects. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement risk management plans for projects and programs, aligning with ISO 31000 standards. Identify, analyze, and evaluate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Monitor and track risks, proactively identifying emerging threats and opportunities. Facilitate risk workshops and meetings with stakeholders. Document and communicate risk assessments, mitigation plans, and progress reports to management. Maintain a comprehensive risk register and update it regularly. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate risk management into project planning and execution. Provide training and guidance on risk management best practices to project teams. Ensure compliance with relevant risk management regulations and standards. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization's risk management framework.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management).

Mandatory:

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

Mandatory:

ISO 31000 Risk Management certification. Minimum 15 years of professional experience in risk management, preferably within [mention relevant industry if applicable]. Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management plans for large-scale projects. Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and techniques. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working consultant (Preferred).
