We are seeking a

Risk Control Engineer

(

Streaming / Flink CEP)

to design and build a low-latency, hot-updatable real-time risk control engine that safeguards trading at scale.

Mission

Design and operate a real-time risk control engine that is fast, reliable, and dynamically updatable.

Key Responsibilities

Streaming Framework - Develop real-time pipelines leveraging Kafka + Flink CEP for complex event processing. Feature Engineering - Design and implement real-time feature construction to support risk control models. System Reliability - Ensure correctness and performance through proper watermark handling, state management, and exactly-once guarantees. Integration - Partner with data science and risk teams to integrate models seamlessly into the real-time risk control engine.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in streaming data processing. Strong expertise in Flink (CEP, stateful stream processing) and Kafka. Deep understanding of watermarks, state management, and exactly-once semantics. Experience building and optimizing low-latency streaming systems. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for distributed data systems.
