Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
Identify, assess and prioritize risks associated with CAFU\xe2\x80\x99s operations, products and services.
Develop risk mitigation plans and monitor their implementation.
Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
Stay current on changes to laws and regulations affecting CAFU\xe2\x80\x99s operations and products.
Provide training and support to employees on risk management and compliance-related matters.
Maintain documentation of risk management and compliance activities.
Collaborate with external auditors, regulators and other stakeholders.
Prepare and present reports to management and the leadership team.

Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in risk management or compliance.
Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and industry standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with risk management or compliance software is a plus.
Experience in Canada or GCC region would be beneficial.
