Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Risk and Compliance Executive to support operational oversight and self-audit functions across its entertainment business units. Based in Dubai, this role ensures adherence to company policies, systems, and processes, contributing to accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Operations, and Country Managers to monitor compliance standards and drive accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured compliance review plans using standardized audit checklists.
• Conduct compliance assessments across operational and administrative areas, identifying risks and reporting findings.
• Monitor adherence to internal reporting timelines across financial and operational departments.
• Collaborate with management and relevant teams to address and resolve non-compliance issues.
• Support the implementation of new compliance programs and process improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular site visits across UAE business units to ensure continuous compliance with organizational policies.
• Prepare compliance reports and maintain detailed documentation for management review.
• Assist in internal investigations and support risk mitigation measures.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in compliance, audit, or operations within corporate environments.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to organizational integrity.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Compliance or audit certification (e.g., CCEP, CIA) is an advantage.
