Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Emirati Risk and Compliance Executive to ensure operational and regulatory compliance across its entertainment business units. Based in Dubai, this role focuses on conducting self-audits, monitoring adherence to company policies, and supporting governance and risk management frameworks. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining transparency, improving operational efficiency, and reinforcing a culture of accountability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured monthly and bi-monthly compliance review plans using standardized checklists.
• Conduct operational and administrative compliance audits to identify risks and areas for improvement.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of management, financial, and operational reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address non-compliance issues and support investigations as needed.
• Assist in developing and implementing new compliance programs and policies in coordination with the Compliance Manager.
• Perform site visits across UAE business units to evaluate adherence to internal controls and operational standards.
• Prepare compliance reports, summarize findings, and present recommendations for corrective actions.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing business governance and efficiency.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management roles.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, internal controls, and audit methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• High ethical standards, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and objectivity.
• Compliance certification such as CCEP, CIA, or CRMA is an advantage.
