The ideal profile: Professionally qualified CA, ACCA, ACA, US-CPA Preferably, hold CIA and/or CISA qualifications to enhance expertise in the field A strong background of 8-10 years in Risk Consulting services At least 5 years spent in a managerial role within the Financial Services sector/working with Financial Services clients (banking ideally) Extensive Risk Management experience for banks Demonstrated track record of successful business development, consistently achieving targets. Proven ability to pioneer new service offerings in the realm of risk consulting. Expertise in establishing and implementing Operational Risk Management frameworks and ERM for financial sector clients
