During your tenure as a Business Analyst, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

\xc2\xb7 Delivery: To contribute to the overall success of a client engagement and support senior team members by delivering high quality work within the appropriate timelines while adhering to the methodologies. Take responsibility for key deliverables on engagements.

\xc2\xb7 Team Working: To collaborate and work with other team members, coach junior people and share knowledge and experience. Must work well in a team-oriented environments as well as independently.

\xc2\xb7 Client: To build an understanding of client business and markets. Shows personal commitment to understanding and meeting client needs.

\xc2\xb7 Business Development: Carry out research to write White Papers/ Point of views or create proof of concepts for a tool that will support the team in business development.

\xc2\xb7 Personal Development: To proactively identify opportunities to understand and build on known strengths and to address development areas.

\xc2\xb7 Work with teams to support key banking and financial institution clients (which might cover areas around Credit Risk and Credit Process and Operations, ERM).

\xc2\xb7 Deliver solutions and services in collaboration with other team members, which might include policy and procedure development, gap analysis and process enhancement reports, drafting training materials and other project related deliverables.

Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Post-graduate, 0-2 years of experience in a relevant professional discipline/ industry. Experience in big four companies is a plus

\xc2\xb7 An undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Industrial Engineering, MBA or a relevant Masters degree is a plus

\xc2\xb7 Good command of written and spoken English, Arabic is advantageous.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on team working

\xc2\xb7 Ability to operate and understand excellent project and program management disciplines including production of project plans and key quality program deliverables

\xc2\xb7 Strong administrative and numeracy skills and ability to analyze complex data with good attention to details

\xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel

\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle multiple task and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment and flexible work hours

\xc2\xb7 Certifications in related methodologies including PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, BPR techniques and implementation methodologies beneficial

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Banking, Credit Risk Management, Financial Risk Management, IFRS 9, Stress Testing etc.

\xc2\xb7 Professional certification such as CFA, FRM preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Prior experience of working with Big 4 (preferred)

\xc2\xb7 Working experience in model development and model validation.

\xc2\xb7 Statistical and quant modeling skills is preferred (Multiple Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Time Series regression, Segmentation, Extreme Value Theory, Artificial Intelligence Techniques, Machine Learning etc.)

\xc2\xb7 Professional analytical tool experience in SAS, R, SQL, Python or another statistical tool is preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Hands-on working experience in advance Excel and VBA

\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of Credit, Risk Management, Credit processes, ERM.

\xc2\xb7 Willingness to travel (required)
