Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Rigging Supervisor or similar role.
Strong understanding of rigging techniques and safety regulations.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., NCCCO, OSHA).
Ability to read technical drawings and lifting plans.
