Job Description
: \xe2\x80\xa2 The Successful candidate must be experienced in directing, coordinating and \xe2\x80\x8econtrolling the activities assigned to contractors, direct hired & UAE national \xe2\x80\x8epersonnel, to ensure all rigging, lifting operations and transportation required for \xe2\x80\x8ethe LNG Plant and associated facilities are performed safely, according to prescribed \xe2\x80\x8estandards of quality and at the most economic cost.\xe2\x80\x8e
- Coordinate the daily running of rigging work through the rigging Term Contract \xe2\x80\x8eand direct hired Foreman. Includes planning and scheduling routine work, \xe2\x80\x8eresponding to emergency work in conjunction with Planning Engineer.\xe2\x80\x8e
- Ensures the standard and quality of work executed by the rigging Term Contractor. \xe2\x80\x8eIncluding manual lifting, crane heavy lifting, routine rigging and transportation, etc.\xe2\x80\x8e
- Submits written and electronic reports on quality of Contractor\xe2\x80\x99s services to ensure \xe2\x80\x8ecorrect allocation of manpower and materials cost, etc.\xe2\x80\x8e
- Prepare daily report on rigging Term Contractor listing the jobs in progress and \xe2\x80\x8ecategory and number of worked allocated to each job, so that compliance with \xe2\x80\x8eTerm Contract can be verified.\xe2\x80\x8e
- Provides opportunities of assisting, training and developing of employees under his \xe2\x80\x8edirection.\xe2\x80\x8e
- Coaching & assessing UAE nationals according to clients standards.\xe2\x80\x8e
- Capable of positively coordinating and communicating with different departments, \xe2\x80\x8econtractors and parallel companies in order to provide adequate satisfied services to \xe2\x80\x8ecustomers.\xe2\x80\x8e
- Acknowledge and implement an updated client lifting safety procedure, \xe2\x80\x8ein all services.\xe2\x80\x8e
