Job Description

We are hiring Rigging Supervisor

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce strict safety standards, conduct pre-use inspections, implement control measures for hazards, and manage emergency procedures.

Planning & Preparation:

Develop detailed lift plans, assess load weights, select appropriate gear, interpret drawings, and plan routes to minimize risk.

Supervision & Coordination:

Lead rigging crews, coordinate with crane operators and project managers, and ensure clear communication on site.

Equipment Management:

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and certification of rigging hardware (slings, ropes, pulleys, etc.).

Training & Mentorship:

Train riggers, conduct safety talks, and ensure the team understands procedures.

Technical Oversight:

Calculate stresses, read technical drawings, and provide expert advice on complex lifting challenges.

Reporting:

Maintain records, track progress, and report to project leadership.

Duration:

Extendable ( 3- 6 months)

Qualifications:

Oil& Gas experience

Mobilization : Immediate


Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: QAR6,000.00 per month
