Rigging Lifting Supervisor

Job Description
Lead rigging teams including Foremen and Riggers
Plan and execute heavy/critical lifting operations
Conduct daily toolbox talks and site safety inspections
Prepare and implement approved lifting plans
Ensure pre/post-inspection of all lifting tools
Coordinate with crane operators for lift communication
Supervise crane assembly, lifting area, and team performance
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
