Responsibilities
Perform rigging duties according to assigned competency level.
Assist in preparing loads, estimating weight, and ensuring balanced lifting.
Use lifting equipment, tools, and man-baskets safely as per procedures.
Follow ADNOC lifting standards and safety rules at all times.
Inspect and maintain lifting gear before use.
Communicate clearly with lifting supervisors and crane operators.
Report unsafe conditions or equipment issues immediately.
Requirements
Minimum education:
Secondary School Certificate (Grade 10 or equivalent).
English proficiency:
Able to read, write, and speak English for safe operations.
Experience (as per ADNOC standard):
Trainee Rigger:
0-6 months (must work under supervision).
Level 1:
6-12 months on-site experience.
Level 2:
12-24 months on-site experience.
Level 3:
Minimum 36 months on-site experience.
Training:
2-day ADNOC-approved rigging course.
Certification:
Valid ADNOC Approved Rigger Competency Certificate (renewed every 2 years).
Physically fit for lifting activities.
