? We're Hiring - Riggers & Scaffolders | Sharjah & Abu Dhabi Shipyards
We are looking for skilled Riggers and Scaffolders to join our team at leading Shipyards in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.

Rigger
- Perform lifting, rigging, and load-handling operations safely.
- Inspect lifting equipment and ensure all tools are in proper working condition.
- Assist in positioning heavy materials and machinery on vessels.
- Follow safety standards and shipyard procedures at all times.
- Work closely with crane operators and supervisors during lifting operations.
- Assemble, install, and dismantle scaffolding structures on ships and marine facilities.
- Ensure scaffolds are safe, stable, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of scaffolding systems.
- Read and follow scaffolding drawings and instructions.
- Work at heights and in challenging shipyard environments.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in shipyard, marine, or offshore projects.
- Strong understanding of safety rules and worksite procedures.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team with good communication skills.
