to assist in tower crane operations on our high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in rigging and lifting operations, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of heavy materials and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and secure loads for lifting in coordination with the crane operator.
Inspect rigging equipment such as slings, shackles, and chains before use.
Signal and guide crane operators during lifting and placing of loads.
Ensure lifting operations are conducted safely and within load limits.
Report any damage or safety hazards related to rigging equipment or lifting operations.
Follow site safety procedures and assist in maintaining a safe work environment.
Support the lifting supervisor and site team in all crane-related operations.
Requirements:
Based in the UAE
and available for immediate joining.
Minimum 3 years of experience
as a
Rigger
on
tower crane or high-rise construction projects
.
Must hold a
valid UAE Rigger certificate
(Level I or II).
Strong understanding of rigging methods, lifting plans, and safety standards.
Physically fit and able to work at heights.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
