Job Description
The Rigger Level 3 is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing complex lifting and rigging operations. This role leads rigging teams, ensures compliance with lifting plans, and maintains the highest safety standards on site.
Plan and execute
complex and critical lifts
Prepare, review, and approvelifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements
Supervise and guideRigger Level 1 & 2 personnel
Inspect, select, and certify appropriaterigging gear and lifting equipment
Coordinate withcrane operators, supervisors, and engineers
Ensure lifts comply withcompany procedures, international standards, and local regulations
Conducttoolbox talks and safety briefings
Identify hazards and implementcontrol measures
Stop unsafe lifting operations when required Maintain accuraterigging and lifting records
Mentor junior riggers and promote safe work cultureRequirements & Qualifications
Valid
Rigger Level 3 certification
Minimum5-7 years
rigging experience (depending on project) Strong knowledge of: Load calculations Center of gravity Sling angles & capacities Crane charts Ability to read and interpretengineering drawings
Good communication and leadership skills Physically fit and medically cleared for site work Fluent in site working language (spoken & written)Safety & Compliance
Strict adherence to
HSE policies
Knowledge ofLOTO, PTW, and lifting permits
Experience withcritical lifts and tandem lifts
Familiar with international standards (e.g., LOLER, ASME, BS)Job Type: Full-time
