Reside Global Immigration Services is expanding and looking to hire
three (3) Immigration Counselors
to support our Australia, Europe, and Canada migration programs. We are seeking motivated professionals who can provide accurate guidance and exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
Provide updated and accurate immigration information.
Assess client profiles and recommend suitable migration pathways.
Deliver excellent customer service with proactive communication.
Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining service quality.
Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in immigration consulting (Australia, Europe, and Canada programs preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving ability and a customer-focused mindset.
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
Updated knowledge of immigration policies and processes.
Candidates with experience serving Tagalog-speaking clients are highly encouraged to apply.
