Job Description
Urgent Required Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM)
Salary 3500 + Accommodation & Transport
Visit or Cancellation Visa
Higher Secondary Certificate (12th Standard)is a must and Bachelor Degreeis desirable.
Relevant professional certification is preferred.
3 - 5 years relevant experience
Create accurate input for assets into the CAFM/CMMS for data records and reports (manual & computerized) in accordance with Company procedures.
Ensure that asset data is correctly entered, stored and .
Input asset data and planned maintenance into database program.
Interrogate data records (manual & computerised) as directed for accuracy, legibility or damage.
Auto generate reporting data on PPM and RM carried out to ascertain status.
Generate periodic reports accurately and efficiently for client reporting.
Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals by Help Desk action and to impart information on status of work orders
Labour booking and proper work order assigning to project supervisor
