Manage the day to day transaction, maintenance and basic configuration of HCM Oracle Fusion
Manage CTC details on HCM Oracle Fusion and Trackers for all schools collaboratively with HR Officers
Specific Duties
Primary point of contact for any employee concern related to HCM. Ensure proper escalation to IT for any technical issues.
Support in collating and review of off-cycle review cases with School HROs and Cluster P&C Managers
Ensure timely review of compensation and benefits policy, processes with HROs and highlight the required changes to Manager - Rewards
Ensure timely response on HCM services following the set SLA
Proper tracking of HCM issues for analysis, review and resolution
Ensure consistency of people data in Oracle Fusion. Work with internal team and HROs during audit and correction of inaccurate data.
Maintain built-in reports in Oracle and develop new ones as needed by the business.
Work with Manager - Rewards on developing databases for creating HCM & Rewards dashboards.
Continuously look for business pain points, opportunities for enhancement and process/workflow streamlining in the system and data.
Work with the wider system & data team to connect people data for monthly reporting and data governance.
Provide guidance to junior team members particularly on managing report templates outside Oracle.
Work with internal HR team on data governance. Ensure standard reports are maintained and updated accordingly during month end report.
Bring shape to data, maintain the quality and accuracy for analytics and reporting purposes.
Work with the HROs on data management and data governance activities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in any subject
Total of 5 years\' experience in Data & Financial Analytics
Minimum Experience
Experience working with different stakeholders - business, peers and management
Experience working in education industry is an advantage
Experience on data maturity model (particularly data operations, quality and accuracy)
