About the Role

We're hiring an experienced Revit Structural Draftsman to produce clear, accurate, construction-ready drawings and coordinated BIM models for reinforced concrete, structural steel, and (advantage) post-tensioned elements on UAE projects.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain Revit Structure models (LOD 300-400) for RC/steel; set up links, worksets, view templates, and sheets. Produce GA plans, sections, details, rebar shop drawings/schedules, and as-builts to authority and project standards. Create/standardize Revit families, parameters, title blocks, and company templates; manage shared parameters. Coordinate with Structural/Architectural/MEP teams; resolve clashes (Navisworks/ACC) and update models promptly. Deliver DM/DDA submission packages, RFIs, redlines, and revision control; follow ISO 19650 naming and sheet standards. Run quantity take-offs/schedules directly from the model and maintain model/drawing QA checklists.
Minimum Requirements

5+ years

Advanced Revit Structure

skills (families, rebar modeling/scheduling, worksharing, templates). Strong AutoCAD; BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud; Navisworks (clash & review). Rebar detailing to

BS 8666

and familiarity with

ACI 318

(PT exposure is a plus). Solid understanding of UAE authority expectations (DM/DDA) and typical submittal workflows. Diploma/BSc in Civil/Structural (or similar). Excellent drawing clarity, attention to detail, and version control discipline.
Nice to Have

Dynamo for automation; Bluebeam; basic ETABS/RAM viewer familiarity. Experience on refurb/repair and strengthening projects (ICRI/ACI 562 context). UAE driving license; immediate or short-notice availability.
