First Enterprise Resource Development (FERD)

is part of the WePelicans International Network (WIN) that opens capital-partnership based leadership roles in various commercial projects conceptualized, seeded, incubated, invested and nurtured by WePelicans at their dedicated

Center of Excellence in Dubai. Most of these projects are post-revenue or income-ready. You step in as Project Director with your skin in the game and a board-seat at the table, if you successfully graduate out of a 60 days self-supported FERD Fellowship.

WePelicans Prospective are Dubai based Investment Management and Economic Advisory Group with a dedicated Center of Excellence at Futurism and Innovation.

Eligibility Criteria:

o? ?Relevant Post-qualification Experience with Proven Ability to Manage High-Performance Teams.

o? ?Taskmaster with acumen of Strategic Finance, Budgets, Direct Sales and Performance Marketing.

o? ?Team-player with Effective Communication, Strong Decision-reaching and Analytical Skills.

o? ?Capital Contribution: Invest Minimum US$ 50,000 and afford self-supported FERD Fellowship fee of US$ 6000 in Dubai.

o? ?Responsible and Mature Problem-Solving Entrepreneurial Mindset with Go-getter Attitude.

o? ?Ability to manage the business independently under minimum supervision.

Selection Process:

Receive Project-specific Information and convey your consent to the FERD Fellowship Contract

Interview and Final Selection based on FERD Merit Criteria for the available Vacancies

What You Get after graduating FERD Fellowship?

02 years regular Employment Contract with Project Director's Monthly Pay, Visa and Health Insurance.

Revenue Share out of Project Annual Dividends. Equity determined by the Capital Contribution equated against current Commercial Enterprise Valuation (CEV) of the Project.
