Revenue Optimization Manager to take our listings--and our profitability--to the next level.
About the Role:
We're seeking a
data-driven, strategic, and hands-on Revenue Optimization Manager
with
deep expertise in Booking.com
and other major short-term rental platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO). You'll be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing dynamic pricing strategies, maximizing visibility and conversion rates, and driving consistent revenue growth across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and lead
revenue strategy
across all properties, with a special focus on
Booking.com
optimization.
Analyze market trends, competitor data, seasonality, and demand patterns to
create and adjust dynamic pricing models
.
Constantly
optimize property listings
--titles, descriptions, images, amenities, and policies--to improve visibility and booking conversion.
Monitor platform algorithms and
adjust listings to enhance ranking and exposure
.
Use revenue management tools (e.g., PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing, Wheelhouse) to implement intelligent pricing.
Identify underperforming properties and create tailored strategies to improve revenue and occupancy.
Report weekly and monthly KPIs: RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rate, channel performance, etc.
Collaborate with operations and guest experience teams to ensure seamless guest journeys.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Booking.com
(expert-level knowledge of its Extranet, pricing models, ranking algorithms, and promotions).
Strong experience in
short-term rental or hotel revenue management
.
Deep understanding of OTA platforms (Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO, etc.).
Familiar with
dynamic pricing tools
like PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing, or similar.
Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and deliver measurable results.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
