Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments (facials, injectables, laser procedures, skin rejuvenation, etc.) safely and professionally.
Provide excellent client consultation, assessing needs, and recommending suitable treatments.
Drive clinic revenue by upselling treatments, packages, and skincare products.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance in all procedures.
Keep accurate client records and monitor treatment progress.
Stay updated on latest aesthetic trends, technologies, and techniques.
Qualifications:
Licensed/Certified Aesthetician with relevant training and experience.
Proven track record in delivering aesthetic services and contributing to revenue growth.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Knowledge of current skincare products, devices, and aesthetic treatments.
