What you\'ll do

You\'ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and constant reporting for all operating department including Rooms, F&B and Spa.
• You\'ll also be responsible for systems data health, maintenance, optimization and overall systems integrity, following Dorchester Collection guidelines and standards in order to optimize system usage and create efficiencies.
• You will be creating daily, weekly, monthly and other ad hoc reports for Rooms, F&B and Spa department, highlighting key performance indicators.
• You will provide recommendations, following analysis of business trends, and suggestions.
• In addition, you will conduct regular industry benchmark and identify tactical opportunities to maximize revenues across the hotel.
• Cooperation with the whole S&M, Spa and F&B departments, you will ensure the teams are equipped with relevant data to support strategies.

What you\'ll bring

• You\'ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team.
• Well organized and priority focused. You know our hotels and are our brand ambassador. Ability to work under own initiative and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Very resilient & proficient with all Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. Well-rounded management and problem-solving techniques. Perfectionist with eye for detail comfortable with all social environments.
• You have a talent for collecting data, solving problems, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
