Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Revenue Analyst / Reservation Agent located in Sharjah. The role involves managing reservations, analyzing revenue data, optimizing room rates, and implementing strategies to maximize profits. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations, handling inquiries, and offering exceptional service to guests.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Revenue Recognition
Background in Finance and Accounting
Excellent Communication skills
Experience with revenue management systems is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
