Role Summary
The Revenue Analyst is responsible for supporting revenue strategy execution through detailed performance analysis, forecasting, competitor monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. The role ensures pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies are aligned to optimize total hotel revenue and long-term profitability.
Key Responsibilities

  • Execute revenue management strategies and translate them into daily operational decisions
  • Update forecasts, room inventory controls, and group quotations, alerting leadership when market conditions shift
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of revenue performance across rooms and food and beverage
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize pricing, yield, packages, and promotional strategies
  • Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends to anticipate demand changes
  • Support development and implementation of dynamic pricing for rooms, food and beverage outlets, and events
  • Evaluate seasonal promotions and packages, tracking effectiveness and recommending adjustments
  • Collaborate closely with Reservations, Sales, Finance, and Food and Beverage teams to align strategies
  • Develop forecasts for occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and food and beverage revenues
  • Support annual budgeting, business planning, and rolling financial projections
  • Analyze historical data, seasonality, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor food and beverage revenue streams including restaurants, room service, and meetings
  • Optimize distribution channels including OTAs, direct bookings, and corporate accounts
  • Ensure accurate rate loading and communication with operational teams
  • Analyze group and corporate contracts to ensure profitability and support pricing decisions
  • Prepare and present revenue reports against KPIs, market share, and strategic targets
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in revenue management processes and systems
Ideal Profile
  • Degree in Finance, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in hotel revenue analysis, revenue management, or commercial analysis preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
  • Solid understanding of hotel KPIs including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and food and beverage performance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional hotel teams
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
