Position Overview:

IDS Solution is actively hiring a

female Retention and Telecalling Executive

to join our growing team in

Business Bay, Dubai

. This role is focused on customer retention, handling calls, and promoting services professionally. Candidates with prior experience in

Etisalat or Du channel partner roles

are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships to retain customers Implement customer retention strategies to reduce churn Make

50-100 outbound calls daily

to existing and potential clients Respond to inbound calls with accurate, helpful information Promote ongoing offers and updates to customers Maintain detailed call records using

CRM tools or Excel

Achieve daily and monthly retention/sales targets Support cross-selling and up-selling activities Coordinate with internal teams like sales and support Prepare and present performance reports

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year

experience in telecalling, retention, or customer service

Experience with Etisalat or Du partners

is an added advantage Excellent communication skills in

Urdu and/or Hindi

Proficient in CRM software or Excel Goal-oriented with strong objection-handling skills

Only female candidates will be considered

UAE residence is mandatory Capable of handling both inbound and outbound calls efficiently Team player with excellent coordination skills
