Conduct daily and monthly retail surveys to assess service quality, customer satisfaction, and process compliance
Ensure accuracy and consistency in data collection and report submission
Submit daily reports and escalate critical feedback for immediate action
Monitor mystery shopper scores and identify improvement opportunities
Contribute to reducing customer complaints related to product setup or service quality
Support initiatives aimed at increasing MS Office business performance compared to the previous year
Analyze survey data to generate insights that support operational and commercial decision-making
Collaborate with retail and customer service teams to close quality gaps
Job Requirements
Graduate or Diploma in any discipline
1-3 years of experience in retail operations, research, or customer service
Strong research and analytical skills; ability to derive insights from survey data
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
Problem-solving skills with adaptability during field assignments
