Job Summary: Looking for a Retail Store Supervisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field required
Must have several years of experience in retail sales, experience in a supervisory or managerial role required
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications
Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
Organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising principles
