Job Description

Customer Assistance:

Greet and assist customers courteously, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.

Merchandising:

Replenish and organize merchandise on the sales floor to ensure product availability.

Store Maintenance:

Keep the store, including shelves and fitting rooms, clean and organized at all times.

Security Awareness:

Monitor for security risks and handle situations appropriately.

Team Collaboration:

Work effectively with team members to achieve store goals.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
? Qualifications & Skills

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Customer Service:

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.

Technical Skills:

Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and familiarity with Windows-based applications.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves.

Teamwork:

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Adaptability:

Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules and environments.?
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
