Retail tools sector
. This role is ideal for someone passionate about tools and sales, with a strong B2B background.

Key Responsibilities
:
Sales & Business Development
:
Acquire
new customers
while maintaining strong relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and resellers.
Demonstrate a strong
sales mindset
with a
go-getter
attitude and results-driven approach.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for wholesale tool products.
Identify new business opportunities and prospective clients in both domestic and international markets.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and resellers.
Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management
:
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the main point of contact for key accounts.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with wholesale customers.
Market Research & Product Knowledge
:
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product developments.
Work closely with the product team to stay informed about new product launches, features, and technical specifications.
Provide feedback on product performance, customer demands, and market gaps.
Sales Reporting & Analysis
:
Track sales performance, generate regular sales reports, and provide insights on market trends.
Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and propose action plans to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery and marketing campaigns
What We're Looking For:
MALE CANDIDATE ONLY*
Native Arabic Speaker (Mandatory)
Proficiency in English language
Valid UAE
driving license ( prefer)
Minimum
2 years' experience in Retail
, preferably in tools/hardware
Strong knowledge of tools and market dynamics preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with ability to multitask and work independently
Willingness to travel locally/internationally as required
Based in
Abu Dhabi
or willing to
relocate to Abu Dhabi
