Our client, an established brand in building materials industry is looking to expand their current sales team in the UAE. The primary responsibility of an ideal candidate will be to perform indoor sales for walk-in clients and follow up on existing leads to covert the prospect into client.
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize proven methods and support tools to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads into clients.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs, to establish value and product fit.
- Follow-up with existing database of prospects to close deals.
- Identify and qualify new revenue generating sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams.
- Prepare and present client proposals/quotations to secure new business.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Technical Sales experience (B2C).
- Having strong knowledge in construction industry would be an advantage.
- Should be a Native Arab.
- 3 plus years\' experience in a sales or business development role with a construction company.
- Ability to prove sales performance within the UAE market.
