Job Overview
The Retail Sales Representative will engage with customers, promote premium watch collections, and ensure all point-of-sale and merchandising operations are carried out with precision. This role includes handling store duties such as inventory, display maintenance, and supporting store management in achieving sales and service targets in a fast-paced travel retail environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service and product recommendations
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and assist customers in selecting watches
• Manage store upkeep, restocking, and visual merchandising as per brand standards
• Handle POS transactions efficiently and resolve any customer issues at checkout
• Follow procedures related to pricing, ticketing, and loss prevention
• Act as the store's point person in the absence of the Store Manager
• Support with onboarding and training of new staff on store systems and sales protocols
• Participate in store meetings, inventory counts, and promotional activities
• Uphold grooming and dress standards, projecting a professional brand image
• Build rapport with returning customers and encourage repeat visits

Reporting & MIS

• Maintain accurate sales data and customer records
• Submit updates on inventory levels, bestsellers, and customer feedback

Governance & Standards

• Ensure compliance with brand and company policies for service, pricing, and operations
• Adhere to housekeeping standards and perform regular store checks

Job Requirements

• High School diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 4-5 years of retail sales experience, ideally in the watch or luxury sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, polite, physically fit, and able to stand for long hours
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Experience in stock management and basic POS systems
