Job description The Role: Sales Associates at Marina Home ensure that our customers are served as quickly and efficiently as possible by assisting customers with selections and merchandising new product as it arrives. Responsibilities and Duties - Responsible for Customer Service and Showroom Sales - Identify opportunity areas to maximize sales - Comply with the company\xe2\x80\x99s retail policies & procedures - Ensure that visual standards are in place and merchandising / pricing principles are always adhered to - Ensure that stock is consolidated periodically to maintain maximum range availability - Prior experience with Large format retail showrooms is a plus Educational Qualifications and Skills - Diploma Holder/Graduate/High School+Retail Experience Skills required for the job:
