English Speaking is Required (Preferably female) Retail Sales Executive We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Retail sales Executive to join our growing company. Shift Timing: 09:00 am - 05:30 pm Work Days: Monday to Friday (6 days a week) Requirements:
- Maintain a strong floor presence driving sales, promoting customer service excellence and attending to customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs;
- Establish solid relationships with customers, cross/upsell and deliver excellent product awareness;
- Ensure the shop is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Maintain an awareness of all products, promotions, advertisements and new releases;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ensure proper display and visual merchandising standards according to communicated guidelines at all times;
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and participate in the receipt of stocks;
- Recognize security risks and thefts and handle situations as fast and professionally as possible;
- Conform to all policies and procedures namely those regarding to payments and exchanges, security practices and loss prevention;
- Complete necessary trainings, enroll to training portals and maintain the latest certificates
- Actively seek inputs from customers, efficiently address complaints and escalate when needed to reinforce service standards.
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
- Keep an updated customer database
- Measure identified KPIs
- Always strive towards meeting sales quota
- Update client records
- Total compensation package: AED3,500.00 \xe2\x80\x93 AED4,500.00 per month
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
