Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Permanent Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Bomb Cosmetics in Dubai Mall. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cosmetics, excel in providing outstanding customer service, and have a flair for driving sales and enhancing the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets through proactive selling and exceptional customer service.

Assist customers in finding products, provide recommendations, and answer inquiries about our range of cosmetics.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.

Product Knowledge:

Develop an in-depth understanding of Bomb Cosmetics products, including ingredients, benefits, and application techniques.

Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Store Operations:

Maintain store appearance by ensuring products are well-merchandised, organized, and presented according to company standards.

Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Administrative Duties:

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and using point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.

Customer Service:

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding service and building customer relationships.

Sales Skills:

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and upsell products effectively.

Communication:

Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Product Knowledge:

Ability to quickly learn about products and convey information to customers in an engaging and informative way.

Teamwork:

Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and provide a cohesive customer experience.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
