Job Description

:

As a Coordinator for our tailoring shop specializing in supplying scrubs to clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

Order Management:

Receive and process client orders for scrubs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with the tailoring team to schedule production and delivery timelines. Maintain order records and update inventory accordingly.

Customer Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates on orders, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly. Communicate effectively with clients regarding fabric options, customization requests, and pricing. Monitor inventory levels of fabric, thread, and other materials required for scrub production. Place orders for materials as needed to maintain adequate stock levels and meet client demand.

Sales and Marketing Support:

Assist in promoting the shop's scrub products through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional events. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials such as brochures and product catalogs.

Administrative Tasks:

Perform administrative duties such as maintaining client databases, preparing invoices, and processing payments. Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and organized work environment in the shop.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of tailoring or garment production processes is a plus.
