Retail Sales Representative - Mobile Phones (BurJuman Mall, Dubai)

Position Title:

Sales Representative (Male & Female) - Pre-owned Tech Store

Work Location:

Phonebot Outlet - BurJuman Mall, Dubai

Salary Range:

AED 3,000 - 4,000 per month

Job Type:

Full-time, On-site

Duty Hours:

9 hours daily, including a 1-hour break

Work Schedule:

6 working days with 1 weekly off

About the Company

pre-owned technology store

in a tier-1 shopping mall in Dubai. We specialize in

high-quality refurbished smartphones, mobile accessories, and tech devices.

We are seeking

enthusiastic, confident, and customer-oriented

individuals to become part of our expanding retail team at

BurJuman Mall.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and support customers with product queries and purchases. Clearly describe smartphone specifications, promotions, and repair services clearly and confidently. Manage cash transactions and operate POS systems efficiently. Manage daily inventory and report stock levels to the back-office team. Produce short videos, product highlights, and interact with followers on social media (TikTok, Instagram). Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally. Coordinate with the Dubai head office, warehouse, and accounts department as required.

Requirements:

Proven

retail or sales background

is essential. Fundamental knowledge of

smartphones and accessories.

Social media proficiency

(ability to make engaging short videos and handle online interactions). POS / cash handling experience Fluent in English (Tagalog language will be a plus). Presentable, punctual, reliable, trustworthy, and confident professional. Flexible with weekends & holidays.
