Job Overview
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing your product area, and delivering high-quality service to customers. The role requires thorough product knowledge, proactive customer engagement, and attention to in-store display and cleanliness. You will also be responsible for managing brand promoters in your department and contributing to inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual sales, invoice, extended warranty, and accessories targets
• Assist customers by understanding their requirements and offering suitable product solutions
• Maintain full product knowledge within your assigned category or department
• Take full ownership of your area under the My Area My Responsibility (MAMR) policy
• Ensure planogram compliance, price placards, and display logic are implemented accurately
• Perform regular perpetual inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your designated sales area
• Oversee and coordinate with brand promoters assigned to your department
• Contribute to the overall service standards and performance of the store

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics
• Graduate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong teamwork and organizational abilities
• Arabic language skills are a plus
