Key Responsibilities:
Conduct scheduled evaluations of retail outlets according to predefined criteria.
Assess and report on key areas including customer service quality, staff professionalism, product knowledge, store cleanliness, and overall shopping experience.
Complete evaluation checklists, surveys, and narrative reports promptly and accurately after each visit.
Capture supporting evidence (e.g., photos of store layout or displays) in accordance with company guidelines.
Maintain discretion and conduct evaluations naturally as a regular customer.
Travel to different store locations across your assigned territory.
Candidate Requirements:
Valid UAE Driving License
is required.
Excellent observation and memory skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and follow structured guidelines.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or store evaluations is a plus, but not mandatory.
