CHANEL Middle East continues retailization to extend significantly F&B boutiques presence across the region. Retail Operations Project Manager will hold leadership in new boutiques opening and refurbishment process to coordinate all the services and ensure seamless transfer from one stage to another.
And at the same time, CHANEL is constantly searching for excellence in retail operations. Operations Project Manager will work on the improvement of daily F&B boutiques functioning by structuring the processes, and introducing new initiatives and tools with a strong focus on operations efficiency. Reporting to the F&B Retail Manager, Operations & Project Manager will work closely with field teams over the region to ensure they are well-equipped to face their operational challenges.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, strong solution-oriented mindset and pro-activeness.
MAIN MISSIONS
Leading new boutiques opening:
Lead new boutiques openings and renovations process respecting project timeline, coordinating all departments and suppliers, dealing with eventual changes and constraints
Managing backoffice operations:
Manage regular PLV forecasts respecting the market vision and deadlines, build and roll out gifting and sampling strategy for ME retail network
Facilitate regular inventory replenishment and stock optimization with close collaboration with Grand Stores.
Build and control the budget for regular PLV, wrapping, and sampling
Organize annual inventories in the boutiques and ensure the results are in line with regional targets
Support boutiques in their day-to-day operations by developing existing systems and introducing new tools
Fashion pieces after sale process settling and improvement with a big focus on partners` boutiques support
Uniforms ordering process organization
Supporting & Following up efficiently, Communicating clearly and harmoniously:
Ensure strong communication and harmonious collaboration between Retail office and field teams, Middle East AD, IT, Learning, Commercial and Marketing teams
Provide all the necessary support to Boutique managers in their daily challenges
Initiate and share proactively regular reporting (qualitative and quantitative) with the F&B Retail manager
PROFILE
Retail / Operations / Project management experience is mandatory
Experience in luxury F&B retail would be an advantage
A proven track record of strong organizational skills
