Kinetic are working with a leading global retailer who are actively recruiting a Retail Marketing Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE.

The main responsibilities will include:
- Developing marketing strategies for new products.
- Evaluating and optimizing pricing strategies.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Responsible for planning product launches and events.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, creative, public relations, and production departments.
- Developing and managing budgets.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Preparing and presenting reports to senior management.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
- Hiring, training, and managing the Marketing team.
- Minimum 6-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience within marketing brand/retail.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing/ Business Administration.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, Arabic language a plus.
- Proven experience developing and executing winning marketing plans and campaigns.
- Experience building and managing a marketing team.
- Established press and media contacts.
- Strong Ecommerce and Retail experience.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management skills with the ability to work with tight deadlines.
