Develop and implement consumer led marketing strategy and plans that support the delivery of retail strategy
Work with BI, Consumer, Category and Market insights to understand key trends that inform short term remedial plans and inform long term strategy
Drive innovation & new marketing technologies in partnership with IT function.
Manage the strategy for retail communication for all signage including digital signage.
Brief, develop, implement and evaluate creative, media, POS that deliver the marketing strategy.
Maintain and develop the image of the company to the highest standards through the provision of successful, professional and exciting promotional campaigns.
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of promotional area\xe2\x80\x99s.
Ensure that suppliers provide all necessary support materials and training in order to ensure the correct store image is maintained, promotions are successfully executed, retail technology content is provided.
Manage creative, media, digital agencies to deliver efficiently and effectively.
Plan and implement marketing promotional activities in line with the company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing strategy and promotional calendar. Assist in maximizing sales and profits through all the marketing and promotions.
Coordinate and implement the annual promotional calendar.
Liaison with the Purchasing Department and Retail Operation Departments to meet the requirements of suppliers and promotional campaigns. Ensure that all promotional campaigns are maximized in all categories and all locations.
Responsible for the creation of, management and implementation of critical store and category events informed by business needs and the marketing calendar.
Develop multi-channels marketing campaigns coordinating communication across all channels, on-line and off-line. Optimize CRM, digital signage and promotions.
Liaise with e-commerce, to ensure alignment between on-line and in-store communication.
Maximize sales of all light boxes and digital technology. Ensure the right message is always displayed and updated and creative is delivered on spec and on time
Monitor results of executed activations and analyse key marketing activities to measure effectiveness and make recommendation for future planning. Experience required includes:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or similar
Min 5 years marketing experience ideally within a luxury brand or Retail Environment
Practical and commercially focused marketer with proven strategic planning and brand management experience.
Analytical and data driven with previous experience of delivering strategy from consumer and market insights
Skilled project manager with experience of delivering through cross functional teams.
Energetic, passionate with excellent communication skills at all levels
Ability to operate in a complex fast-moving environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good presentation & influencing skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain close working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
Experience in marketing for luxury brands
