Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and develop store staff to ensure exceptional customer service and team performance.
Drive store sales to meet and exceed targets while maintaining profitability goals.
Oversee smooth daily operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Plan and execute in-store promotions and collaborate on local marketing initiatives.
Manage store costs effectively and maintain operational efficiency.
Stay current with the latest beauty products, makeup techniques, and industry trends.
Analyze sales reports and customer data to identify opportunities and optimize store performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of retail management experience, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
Strong knowledge of makeup products, skincare, and current beauty trends.
Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated skills in sales analysis, staff management, and cost control.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
