\xe2\x80\x8bCharterhouse is working with a leading supplier of European kitchen and furniture who is looking to hire a Retail Manager to join their team based in Dubai with frequent travel to Abu Dhabi.

About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised retail head with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to take the lead on numerous projects. This role will be heavily geared towards overseeing all of the operations and financial requirements for multiple showrooms in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

In addition, this role will require you to be involved in maintaining standards such as health and safety procedures, maximising margin potential, identifying and implementing new products and service offers, whilst upholding the highest level of service.

In conjunction, you will be responsible for providing cost & sales analysis on all retail stock, to train and manage staff, liaise with the finance department to produce forecast and budgets and maintain brand standards within presentation and service.

About you
To be considered for this role, you should have 5 years\' experience as retail head. A background of industry experience in the field of kitchen, furniture or interior design is desirable, alongside excellent listening skills, knowledge on building codes and computer aided design. Due to the nature of the role, regular travel is required across UAE and Abu Dhabi and you must be an Arabic speaker.
