We are seeking a Highly talented individual to join us as a Retail Leasing Manager in our expanding team in the UAE. Responsibilities:
Expected Start Date: 01/06/2024
- Reporting to the Director of Leasing
- Responsible for leasing retail space in properties in the GCC
- Lead and manage a team of leasing agents to drive performance
- Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to maximize business opportunities
- Negotiate and close sales and leasing deals to meet revenue goals
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present regular sales and leasing reports to senior management
- Contribute to overall business growth and success through effective sales and leasing initiatives
- Bi-lingual English and Arabic preferred
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Must have excellent verbal and written presentation skills with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively interact with tenants, prospects, and team members.
- Must have a proven track record in closing retail leasing transactions, demonstrated expertise in Real Estate Retail Leasing, and a minimum of 2-5 years of direct experience in the field.
- Strong understanding of the GCC retail real estate market and current rental trends.
- Passionate about retail brands, shopping destinations, and the business.
- Must be self-motivated to implement sales and leasing strategies to achieve company targets
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to drive results independently.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to explore new ideas.
- Demonstrates dedication and perseverance in task completion
