We are seeking a world-class Retail Excellence Trainer to join our team and help us create the ultimate luxury fragrance experience for our customers. As our Retail Excellence Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering training programs that equip our perfume retail salesmen, in different locations worldwide, with the skills and knowledge they need to provide our esteemed clientele with an exceptional shopping experience. Collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of comprehensive training programs that encompass: 1. Product Knowledge: Immerse our salesmen in the opulent world of our fragrances, providing them with a deep understanding of the ingredients, notes, and unparalleled selling points that define our products ranges. 2. Qualifications & Competencies Needed: \xc2\xb7 Preferably an MBA holder from a reputed institute \xc2\xb7 10+ years in sales training.
