Summary
Manage and develop company retail concept by implementing initiatives towards customers in line with regional priorities and direction to support and enhance company brand and products presence in the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain the company Shop Concept standard by monitoring the implementation of new shops and evaluating existing shops according to the regional guidelines in order to sustain the company brand image in the market and provide customers with an exceptional experience.
- Develop and maintain promotional activities by monitoring regional programs (Master Painter, Loyalty Program and Premiere League) and planning for exhibitions, events and seminars for end users, interior designers and fresh graduates to increase sales, company brand awareness and footfall on our shop network.
- Manage and lead the Retail Development team by setting objectives and providing necessary coaching and guidance in order to support their development and achieving the function’s targets.
- Coordinate with the regional retail development team in developing and implementation of regional promotional programs and projects in the local market.
- Develop and oversee all retail development training programs by monitoring and following up on the “Company Way”, “Paint Academy” and “Introduction to company” seminars in order provide the best customer experience.
- Conduct regular market visits and lead market evaluation on successful implementation of Retail Programs in the local market.
Experience and Qualification required:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing.
- Bachelors in Marketing or any related field.
